[Dx-qsl] Japanese zip-codes + Swedish mail rates

Seems I can't stop today, but I'm trying to get the needed
cards for 80 meters in.
Does anybody, especially someone in Japan, know if the
7-digit zip-codes MUST be used?=20
I have a feeling that sometime I have seen that information
on this reflector, if no 7-digit zip-codes mail is returned,
false or true???
An additional information, the ''greenstamp'' value has gone
down, it's now around 8.90 Swedish Crowns - we don't use
''euro'' - and mail abroad is now Swedish Crowns 10.00 up
to 20 grams. IRC's are good, old or new type, here in Sweden
but Swedish mail does no longer sell any IRC's, they say that
the printing of the new ones was too expensive!
