I don't believe (and I could be wrong) that the RS/RST report is a
requirement for DXCC purposes. There are some contests, for example (PA QSO
Party) where the exchange no longer includes the token or automatic 59/599
RS/RST... that doesn't make the contest QSO any less valid.
Therefore, don't sweat it.

Received my QSL cards today. I had two QSOs on PSK31. Both of these QSOs
were marked as 0 for the RST. Did you guys receive the same reports on
PSK31 and will they be accepted by the ARRL?
