[Dx-qsl] HC8N QSL Status checking

Since taking over as manager for HC8N, I have developed a way for those
who send DIRECT requests to me to keep track of the status of your
request. If you check my QSL manager page at
http://www.datasync.com/~w5ue/qsl-w5ue.html you will see near the bottom
of the page a place to enter your callsign. If I have received your
request, you can see the date received and the date I have replied back to
you. Bear in mind this is ONLY for direct requests sent to W5UE. Cards
sent to the previous manager, AA5BT, or those sent via the bureau are not
tracked. I intend to update the status whenever I process incoming and/or
outgoing requests. Feedback on the usefulness of this tool is welcomed.
