Hi all,
Yes, I'm forming a group. I suspect that, unfortunately, it will be needed.
Anyone interested, please e-mail me. What I figure on doing is sending a
registered "package" to the Moscow address. This "package" will consist of
self-addressed return envelopes, the QSLs, and postage/donations to the K1B
manager.
Cost per participant will of course depend on how many participants there
are to spread the postage and registered mail fee among.
