[Dx-qsl] The question to QSL-managers

Oleg,
Many QSL managers have a stamp that they will use to imprint their return
address. Others use preprinted address labels. And many simply don't
bother.
And the return address may not neccesarily be the same as the one you sent
the SAE to for various reasons.
I'd suggest, if you have to put a return address on the envelope, that you
put your own on it.

Subject: [Dx-qsl] The question to QSL-managers
Hi !
I have already asked that question to our russianDX reflector, but have not
got a sharp answer.
Should I always write the address of QSL manager on my SAE?
The problem is that our postmans has the right to destroy every letter
without the address of sender.
But I have already got some my SAE sended to the USA from XE, HP etc.
What can QSL managers tell me about?
Sorry for my English
