Robert,
Hiroo is a good QSLer, when he gets the card. I have sent him 4 envelopes
and had returns on 3 of them. The first one I used the dreaded green =
stamps
before I knew any better. After about 6 months without hearing from him, =
reading
about how one MUST use IRCs, I resent.
I remember how hard it was to get one from the manager for EP2MKO. It =
took
me 4 tries, the last two registered before I got the cards. I didn't =
receive
the Return Receipt on the 1st registered envelope and had it traced.
Supposedly, the Russian PO stated that it had been delivered, but...
Granted, if EP2MKO wasn't my only Iran (that wasn't named Slim), I would =
have=20
never tried so hard.

This rule may or may not be my choice when it comes to XW=D8X. It is =
still less than two months but if my request was stolen, I honestly have =
to wonder why I would send another request to that address. At around =
2ドル.80 a request it will add up quickly.
