[Dx-qsl] US SASE postage increase - a question

As QSL Manasger for TI9M, I feel the same way Steve does, please do not send
me 3 cent stamps to go on your envelope, It would take a long time to find
it anyway. We will take care of the postage increase. Like Steve says, next
time put a little extra in your envelope to other Managers.
