This brings up a good point. I have also received
cards in the past to mail to other hams, who did not
send a SASE. Why doesn't the dx station just drop
these in the outgoing bureau instead? I figured that
was what would happen if you didn't send a SASE, and
the DX station could not afford to reply direct.
