[Dx-qsl] Who does not answer via buro?

Hello everybody,
I have many QSLs to send and I prefer to use buro instead of directs. I =
do not want to wait two years to get a card back with " not member" =
information.
So, I decided to ask you: are there somewhere lists of QSL managers who =
do not answer via buro? I see that sometimes in 425DXNews bulletins but =
it needs long time to check each call.=20
May be we all could make the list like that?=20
