Hi Gang,
Anyone still remember EP2TY,who was active in 1982,it was JR3WRG.
Is he acknowledged by the DXCC Desk?
Since it is said by the Iran PTT that since 1979 no foreign person received
an official licence, so EP2TY is probably not valid for DXCC?
