Getting a QSL Manager is as easy as
http://www.qsl.net/qslmanagers
There are now 140 quality QSL Managers registered in the QSL Manager's
Society. Most are willing to take on new clients.
Membership requires allegiance to the "QSL Manager's Creed" which
includes (among other things) agreeing to handle QSLs via the bureau both
incoming and outgoing.
There really is no excuse for any "DX" contest DXpedition operation to
not QSL when all they have to do is provide their contest log to a
quality QSL manager.
