[Dx-qsl] A Solution for lack of activity VU4-VU7

Lets not forgot to take KP1, KP5 and KH7K off the
list. As I understand it, operation on these US
possessions is no longer permitted, thanks to
government policies which were hijacked by the
environmentalist movement. Glad I have already worked
all three entities.
When I was licensed in 1980, the following entities
were not active due to government policies, or
whatever: 5A, C9, BY, ZA, 3W, TZ, A6, 5U-which I have
all since worked, as well as XZ, XU, and 70, which I
still need. all of these entities are either
currently on the air, or have been in the near future.
If we remove all counties which are currently not on
the air, then anyone should be able to earn #1 honor
roll position, and thus it becomes meaningless. I am
content to not be on the honor roll at this time, but
am willing to have that goal for the future.
I think they should take the south sandwich islands,
pratas island, and Syria off the list because I did
not work the recent DXpeditions that were there.
