back in 1982, i first got my DXCC. I sent in 101 cards (just in case one was
wrong or something), and got back my cards and certificate. that was under
my old call sign, too.
now, after some years of inactivity, i'm active again. when i get to 300 and
want to submit cards, will there be some sort of record on file at ARRL so i
can find out which 100 i first sent in? i suppose i could go through the old
logs and reconstruct what i originally sent, but will the ARRL honor that?
and what if i take the cards to a checker in my division, rather than send
them to the league?
