[Dx-qsl] eQSL policy changed

My Computer with ALL MY Logs on it was hit by lightning......I'm hoping My
Son can save it for Me...He did once before...
but at the moment I have NO logs at all.....So its IMPOSSIBLE for Me to QSL
at eQSL as I have no idea of Date etc to access cards....
