[Dx-qsl] E-QSLs

One thing that truly annoys me is the station(s), rare DX, domestic or
anything in between, who at present decline to answer a physical QSL request
with the excuse of "download it from eQSL." That doesn't stop them from
hanging on to the SASE and/or IRC's and/or Green Stamps though!
The fault here is not with eQSL or any other electronic media -- the fault
is with the lazy and/or greedy op who uses eQSL (and eventually LotW) as an
excuse. I don't know what the solution is to that one, though.

Subject: [Dx-qsl] E-QSLs
It occurs to me that we are going to get some DX-peditions, and
especially some guys who go to desirable spots on vacation, saying:
Logs have been uploaded to e-qsl - sorry no printed cards.
I have already had QSOs with a few ordinary ops who say they only QSL
via e-QSL.
I dont feel very happy about this.
E-QSL is a great idea, but aren't we moving too fast? Dont run
before you can walk. There are a lot of angles to sort out yet, and
not
everybody uses computers.
