I would advise any of you having trouble getting cards out of stations in
the currrent Russian Republics to solicit the help of Joe Arcure- W3HNK
([email protected]). He has helped me get cards out of Uzbekistan and
Turkmenistan that I had tried to get on my own for quite a while and
failed. He has lots of friends and contacts there and knows how to get
the job done. I can't thank him enough for the help he has given me.
