I have worked CO8LY several times and have sent cards via the buro to his
manager, EA7ADH without response. Finally, I worked him on RTTY and decided
to QSL direct with the others included.I sent 1 card, with 3 QSOs, an SAE
and 2ドル U S.
Got the card today from EA7ADH, with only one QSO coinfirmed. The message
here is don't send it by the buro, only direct, and 2ドル U S for each QSO.
Phooey on that, I will QSL the next CM/CO on RTTY direct and pay him the 2
bucks instead.
