HF Vertical Antennas For Sale:
It would be best if these antennas were picked up
near Ocala, FL. The HyGain 14AVQ, and the new
in box Cushcraft MA5V could be shipped, but I
will not ship the assembled Cushcraft MA5V,
nor the Gap Titan.
Except for the new in box MA5V, all are priced at
half of new price, even though they are in close to
new condition.

HyGain 14AVQ, HF Vertical Antenna:
The HyGain 14AVQ is an HF Vertical antenna covering
the 40, 20, 15, and 10 meter bands.
The AV-14AVQ has an 18 foot radiator. You can ground
mount this antenna, or roof mount it. As with any
1/4 wave vertical, you need radials to make it
work well.
This particular antenna works 100%, and looks great.
It still shines! The hardware does not have corrosion
or deterioration. The hardware is stainless steel.
Buy this antenna, with paper work, for half of
new price at 95ドル.

Cushcraft MA5V HF Vertical Antenna:
Cushcraft calls this a Restricted-Space HF Vertical.
It covers 20, 18, 15, 12, and 10 meters, and does
not require any additional radials.
This 6.5-pound antenna installs quickly. You can
install it permanently or take it down between
operating sessions. It is great for HOA situations.
Since it does not require additional radials, it can
be ground mounted, roof mounted, or mounted
on a pole. It can even be mounted on a tripod.
Features:
Light-weight rugged construction
Rapid breakdown for storage or transport
No exotic matching networks or tuners
Advanced no radial OCFD design
MA5V Specifications:
Frequency: 10, 12, 15, 17 and 20 meters
VSWR Minimum: 1.2:1 All bands
Power: 250 watts PEP
Height: 14.7 Ft. (4.48 m)
Mast size: 1.25-2.0 inches (3.18-5.1 m)
Weight: 6.5 lbs (2.95 kg)
Wind Surface: 0.82 sq. feet (.076 m2)
Wind Survival: >80 mph
Connector: UHF [SO239]
I have two of these available.
One is new, still in its original box (which has
seen better days), and is from Cushcraft when
they were in NH, before being bought by MFJ.
This obviously means it is more rugged.
It is 200ドル.
The other has been assembled, and works 100%.
It looks very close to new, and actually still shines.
Hardware is stainless, so there is no deterioration
of any sort. With paper work for 150ドル.

Gap "Titan DX" HF Vertical"
The Titan 8 Band Multiband DX Antenna
is a center
fed GAP vertical, that provides a host of benefits in
a rugged, yet manageable form. It is designed to
work in a limited space or as the perfect compliment
to an antenna farm.
One of the primary virtues of the Titan is the GAP
center feed. By elevating the feed, ground loss is
dramatically decreased, which means the RF is going
out to make the contact instead of into the ground
to warm the earth. Reducing the earth loss eliminates
the need for a radial system. The Titan requires
NO RADIALS.
Another key benefit the Titan provides is the ability
to go virtually anywhere in the HF amateur spectrum,
without having to make any adjustments. The Titan
is the only antenna marketed with total continuous
coverage under 2:1 on 10m, 12m, 15m, 17m, 20m, 30m,
40m, and 100 KHz on 80m. Titan’s broad bandwidth
and no tune feature make it an ideal antenna for
getting those multipliers during contests or switching
frequencies as band conditions change.
The Titan is a respectable 25′ tall and weighs a
solid 25 pounds. The Titan is configured to mount
easily on a 1-1/4″ O.D. mast. This mast can be a
length of your choosing. Since the feedpoint
is elevated this mast can be as short as a foot.
The first 8′ of the antenna is comprised of double
wall tubing and where the Titan mounts to the mast
the antenna is triple wall! This means guys are
not necessary.
This one is in good shape, with no corrosion.
A lot of it has been disassembled, which obviously
means it will need to be reassembled. Paper work
is provided to aid this assembly. Only 235ドル.
