[Antennas] Support Mast for Carolina Windom

Since you're not topping the mast with a beam or anything heavy I think it
should work if you use two sets of guy rings. I was wondering if it is
normal set a windom antenna as an inverted V.? Aren't these antennas with
one short leg and one long leg.?
