[Antennas] hairpin matches

You know the length of the hairpin for 10-Mtrs, and that can be scaled 
down to 6-Mtrs.
A simple ratio is fairly close.
The main noticeable effect of the 6-Mtr hairpin being off a bit is that 
it may cause the
beam pattern to shift a few degrees either way.
The SWR may or may not be a very good indicator of the match you achieve.
