Thanks David. Long time no hear. Yes I read that article. Here again it
looks at optimum mounting. I am curious about "Compromised" mounting. I
will not even assume that it will be perfect but how much interaction would
there be and how much would it affect overall performance? Has anyone ever
attempted this? Step up and let your voice be heard.
All,
I understand the idea behind the optimized stacking, but I am curious if it
would work in the configuration I describe. I know it will not be optimum,
but would it work? or would one antenna simply null out the other.

The second part of my question/puzzle is
If I mount the 26B2 in the horizontal configuration with both beams 110"
apart on my mast what interaction (if any) would I have if I mounted a 6
meter beam and a 440 beam between them?
I ultimately want horizontal polarization on all the antennas, but if the
26B2 will work reasonably well with one turned horizontal then I have the
advantage of having both vertical(FM) and horizontal (SSB) on the same
feed, Kind of like a circularly polarized antenna, but not really.
If anyone has opinions on this I would appreciate the input. I am not the
one climbing and I would rather get it right the first time, but I have
limited space and I need to optimize it and do it once.
