[Antennas] need the HY-Gain insulator at the end of the 40 meter driven element

Discoverer 7-1
It's just the driven element. Strong storm broke one of composite 
insulators.
In the diagram it's part number 16 described as Insulator, 40-meter.
In Hy-Gains online manual it's also listed as Product ID 460316.
They are indefinite back order at MFJ-Hy-Gain and winter is fast 
approaching.
