Ed,
Not having the assembly manual for that beam may result in incorrect assembly and less than optimum results. Your photos are not clear. I do see some traps. They all may be working or some may be defective. If all assembled correctly, all alum. tubes set at correct lengths, all traps are operational and it is mounted at least 1/2 wave high over ground on the lowest band, you should get around 5 to 6 dbD fwd gain
