Definitely no problem! Any insulation on these wires will protect them better from corrosion. Even better, strip the outer sheath , cut in each bundle different wires to quarter wave length size and connect the ends near the antenna together. This way you'll have resonant radials for the bands of interest. Nothing better, except perhaps a continuous ground plane!
