[Antennas] Vertical Radials

There have been many postings about bare/insulated radial wires. You 
can find them in the archives.
My radial fields are made of insulated wire. All 180 radials under my 
3 40m verticals are insulated wire, and, in the near future, all 180 
radials under my 3 80m verticals will be insulated wire.
Performance speaks for itself.
