[Antennas] Crimp on coax connectors and cable prep

There are commercial coax strippers available from many of the electronics
parts suppliers.
Some of the fellows in our local club use a mini-tubing cutter from Harbor
Freight. They cost about 5ドル.00 (cheaper than coax strippers).
I use my cable cutters.
Properly crimped connectors should work just as well and in some cases
better than soldered connectors. I use mostly solder center pins and crimp
shield except for BNC & N. I use crimp center pins on those.
