A wood support could be used for tall wire verticals; wood or some plastic support or similar insulated supports wont affect the wire vertical that much...OR you can hang it from a tree limb....been there, done that!....but a 2mtr vertical is easily made from #14 wire.....have you looked inside a Comet or Diamond vertical antenna?? Fiberglass hardly affects wire's performance....
Radials can be insulated or not...as long as they are 1/4wave in length or longer...Personally, I like elevated radials...you can get away with 4 vs 10x as much buried and get the same results....
