[Antennas] 468/Freq in Mhz

There are numerous issues that haven't even been hinted at!
Let's say that you are going to do a dipole with a single feedline. If
you use multiple elements for different bands, then the feedpoint
impedance rises rather rapidly. Hence the use of baluns.
It would seem that since someone is asking about #14, we are talking
about a dipole or end fed wire.
When you start thinking in terms of 1" aluminum tubing, then it is
either a vertical or one HECK of a horizontal antenna.
In any event, the REAL question that is involved but yet to be posted, -
What frequency are we talking about?
I'd love to be able to support 1" tubing for an HF antenna on
frequencies lower than 20mtrs! Skin effect is an issue even down that
low, but we compromise because the length gets in the way! How does one
support 1" tubing on 80 or 160mtrs in a horizontal antenna?
