The only assemblies I see on CC's site are made up from individual
toroids stacked up. This is not a "binocular" core as defined in
the patent, because it does not have a top surface and bottom surface
and a rib. Now you might say it works just a well, and I wouldn't
argue that, but it doesn't count as far as the patent is concerned.
