[Antennas] Tilt (Revised)

I guess I worded the request incorrectly. What I meant was a plate/hinge 
assembly that attaches the antenna to the mast , not a tower base tilt 
plate.
This allows the tower to lay flat on the ground and the antenna to be 
assembled flat on the ground also. When you raise the tower the antenna 
stays horizontal all the way to the fully raised position .

The problem with this posting is that the pictures and verbiage do no 
provide enough info.. There is a website I have lost that gives very 
detailed drawings and instructions on how to do this. I would hope he and 
others, with their variations would contact me.
