[Antennas] Help With Force 12 MAG 620/340

I'm about to put up an G12 MAG 620/340 (purchased in
2001/2002 but never taken out of the box) and I need
some advice.
Can those who have MAG620/340s from manufactured at
about the same time share information on:
1) Element tuning - please tell me what you ended up
doing to get your system to work. Also, at what
height is your antenna mounted.
2) How did you get your antenna to the top of your
tower? Do you have a crankup? Did you use a tram? 
Or did you assemble the antenna on the tower? Please
provide details.
