Does anyone know how to get the wobble out of the
separation insulator area in the butternut antennas? I have
both an HF6V and HF2V and they have considerable
wobble on both sides of the separation insulators.
The insulators have not worn down and the metal
tubing on each side has not been stretched.
The antennas came this way from the factory a couple
years ago but I want to elevate them off the ground and
would hope there is a way to get the wobble out.
I know I could guy them but wondered if anyone has
found a way to get the wobble out without guying?
Awaiting your words. Jerry in Sacramento, CA.
