[Antennas] Tri Band Quad Baluns

David, if the tribander used a driven element that was insulated from the 
boom, the balun was
probably a HyGain BN-86. I used to use one on a TH3-jr many years ago.
It was a rectangular box that clamped to the boom with a U-bolt, and had an 
SO-239 on one end. The wires that connected to the antenna elements were 
attached to 1/4x20 bolts on feed-thrus that were fastened to the sides of 
the box, near the end farthes from the coax connector.
HRO has the present version for 79ドル.95.
