What kind of ground system do you have? For a better match you could try to
make it a 1/4 or 5/8 wl long on 160 and then match it on 80 as well. Right
now you are close to a 3/8 wl on 160.
BUT 2:1 SWR is not that bad...best you could do is put a tuner at the
base..2:1 vs 1:1 is not noticeable on the air...I ran an Inverted L on 80 as
a Novice and General...and it was a little short for 1/4wave...put some
inductance in line and the SWR went from 20:1 to 2:1 aocording to my trusty
Knight Kit SWR meter ;)...but no change in signal reports, etc (couldn't
argue with the results).
