[Antennas] potential rf in the shack question

Hello to the group,
I have a 12' bugcatcher vertical, base mounted, on the flat tar and gravel roof
on my 2 story apartment building. (16) 12' radials lay on the roof forming the
ground plane. I live in an end apartment on the ground floor. It's working great
for 40m/30m/20m. No rfi complaints from the neighbors. Mode is cw and the power
is usually less than 10w and rarely up to 100w for a short catch.
I'd like to add a long wire rx antenna by running a wire the entire 160' length
of the building. Laying the wire on the flat roof. (I dare not raise it above
the root to any height) Then dropping it down beside the vertical's coax and
into the shack. It would run along the outer edge of the radials about 20' into
it's 160' run. I have an 8' ground rod (a rare thing in this part of Texas) 5'
away from the rig. No other ground wires allowed in the landlords yard. (might
be able to place one from the ground stake, hidden and running along the
foundation for maybe 40'.
My question is: I wonder if this long wire might cause rf in the shack or even
worse bring me problems by causing rfi problems in other apartments in the
building. One good thing is the apartment complex does supply cable tv to all
apartments, so no rabbit ears to pick up any re-radiated signals. Any
suggestions for this install?
Not sure I explained this well, but if not, please ask any for any further
details I left out.
I guess I should also ask if there is any chance I might be able to use this as
a tx antenna as well, and problems and solutions along that line as well?
TIA
