It looks like "Range Extenders" like the Dlink DWL-G710 and Linksys WRE54G will do the job for under 100ドル . It wasn't very long ago that devices with this capability (like the Cisco 1200, RoamAbout, etc.) were in excess of 1000ドル. You will need to do some more research on them, but it appears that these "cheap" ones do not accept external antennas. The more expensive ones do. There are a lot of them on mwave.com.
