[Antennas] Cage Antenna Article

Hello Group , Sometime in late 2004 or early 2005 there was an issue of CQ , Popular Communications Magazine that had a great article on building the Cage Antenna. I have plans on several different designs but I would like to get the name and email address of the gent that wrote the article. He listed that information but I have misplaced that magazine. Again this was in late 04 and may be up to mid 2005 issues of CQ , Pop Com or another one of the radio magazines. This is not the large Elephant Cage antennas used by the Navy but an old design using several dipole elements spread out with cross members or even using circular spreaders . Thanks , Randy N5WV
