[Antennas] Shaking Antenna

Dear Group,
I've got a small 5 element 6-meter beam that shakes,
or vibrates like no bodies business. Even when the
wind is not blowing, this crazy thing will just dance
like I've never seen before. It's so bad, that, I
lost some pieces off of the stupid antenna while it
was on my tower. Here is the question: Has anybody
ever had this problem, and if so, what did you do
about it.
