Hi Steve.
My late father (ZL1ACP) worked Thor on the Kon Tiki and as a youngster
recall the QSL card Dad received. From memory I believe the rig was a Xtal
controlled 6V6, although I stand to be corrected on this. Unfortunately
Dad's QSL's were dumped (unbeknown to me) after his death.

Hi all:
I just watched Thor's documentary movie on the Kon-Tiki expedtion.
His receiver was an NC-173.
Might anyone know what his " 7 watt" transmiiter was?
Regards,
Steve
