[Antennas] OFF TOPIC -- Contest Work Charts

Good Morning everyone:
Sorry for the off topic, but im trying to get the best possible answer --
In some of my reading, I have notices different operators have charts or 
plans that they have prepared for the international contests to help 
them be ready to work the right places at the best propagation times. I 
would like to begin doing this a bit myself (im definatly a little 
pistol), but im not sure where to start -- id be very intersted to hear 
how you folks prepare yourselves for the contests (in terms of prop 
forecasting etc)
