[Antennas] 160 vertical capacitance question

My server with NEC on it is down, or I'd run this for you, but an
alternative is to use an autek bridge... find the RE + IM parts at some freq
on 160... and calculate the appropriate transformation to make it 50 ohms.
It's too short by far for 160, so it will need some series inductance at the
base, plus some cap to ground to complete the transformation.
