Step #1 ... Secure a copy of ON4UN's new LowBand DXing Book
Step #2 ... Don't spend anything else, or dig any holes until you do #1
Seriously ... be sure you understand how all this works before you start
tossing time, money, and effort ... into such a project.
Both companies make good products. Myself, I've used Jim's, K4SQR,
products here for 80 and 160 with good results. Great guy to work with
there at Comtek, that's been my experience.
Again ... Step #1 ... get the book, and learn how arrays really work and
the challenges of trying to cover three bands with two verticals ... and
you'll find the answers to your radial questions too.
