[Antennas] How important is the ground?

I was hoping for some support in that area, LOL. I too established a rather
elaborate RF-grounding scheme for the transmitters, knowing full well that
it would only be useful if I connected a most innapropriate antenna system.
That will probably happen someday, and nobody wants to get burned!
