[Antennas] Elevated Cushcraft R-7?

The more comments I see regarding the R-7 and whether it should be mounted high
or low, the more amazed I become.
Why are there so many comments that seemingly ignore the significant difference
between ordinary verticals and the vertical half wave?
Specifically, why do so many comments explicitly discuss the finer points of
radials when radials are NOT a part of the R-7 configuration. It is a vertical
half wave, and does not use radials.
