Kevin,
I can't think of anything with a smaller turning radius off hand. 
Two thoughts:
1. That tree problem is going to get worse ... as part of your upgrade
you may want to consider having it trimed back.
2. Keep in mind that quad hangs down roughly 9' below the boom too,
so be sure to factor that in with your guys and such for clearance.
If the tree was not a problem, as in you could have more turning radius,
then your option list would be much longer. F12 XR5, or a Log, or ???
