According to my manual, the MB-V-A has only LIMITED coverage on 160m. Be
careful! It has FULL coverage on 80-10m.

Like any manual tuner, adjust it for the most volume while receiving on the
desired transmit frequency. Then starting on low power mode in AM or CW (to
get a carrier), begin brief transmits, watching the reflected power. Adjust
until lowest reflected power. Log the settings for that frequency and move
on.
