These sets "flooded" the market a few years ago, at least up here in the States.
I managed to buy just one set of the poles only. Once in a while, a set will
pop up on eBay and since they're relatively rare and in demand, they fetch
a pretty pound, er, dollar. I don't know offhand if they were made for an
army in Europe, or the UK, but they are nice sets.
Good luck in trying to get your local army base to donate some to you.
If they do, let us know. Even tho the shipping cost would be a bit much,
you'd probably make a profit selling them, eh? :-)
