The FCC order does not apply in certain areas (historical sites and
COMMON areas of leased areas like apts, etc..
Common area being the court yard or roof or any area not under direct
control of the leasee)
No it does not stop you from putting up a TV antenna anywhere...but
that's only a TV antenna...amateur antennas are not covered by the OTRA
law nor are amateur antenna exempt from HOA rules....(for now...I hope
that changes!)
SSTV can be used on SSB in any phone band...160 and up! I have heard it
on 40 rarely...
