1. The comment someone made about a fiberglass body motorhome being a good
ground plane is, of course, incorrect. Aluminum or steel is another matter
and make good ground planes.
2. But, thinking about all that money you are thinking about spending for
the Hustler and multiple resonant Hamsticks for a ground plane, would it not
be simpler and easier to use a Tarheel screwdriver antenna. which works
great without a ground plane? (You do need a good ground at the base -
either a metal-bodied motorhome, or a solid connection to the chassis.)
