[Antennas] base loading coil calculations ?

Hi all,
During my visit to the Friedrichshafen HamFest I found a very long 
telescopic antenna and decided to build a base loaded portable antenna 
for my FT-718.
I've build many antenna projects, but i've never build a base loaded 
antenna and don't know how to calculate the base loading coil..
Can anyone help me out with the coil formula ??
